What is Remanufacturing?

Remanufacturing is the process of restoring used or damaged products to a like-new condition. This involves disassembling the product, cleaning and inspecting each part, repairing or replacing worn components, and then reassembling the product to meet or exceed the original specifications. In the context of wheels, remanufacturing involves several key steps:

Disassembly: Removing the wheel from the vehicle and separating it into its component parts.

Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning all parts to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants.

Inspection: Examining each part for damage and wear, and identifying which parts need repair or replacement.

Repair/Replacement: Fixing or replacing damaged parts to ensure the wheel meets original manufacturing standards.

Reassembly: Putting the wheel back together and ensuring it is balanced and ready for use.

Remanufacturing is an eco-friendly and cost-effective way to extend the life of products, reduce waste, and conserve resources.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t find the words to adequately describe how impressed I was with the service given to me. I had one wheel done at a time, so several trips were involved, but it was enjoyable thanks to the helpful attitude of all the staff. I only have an aged Polo, but it’s my love, and the R-Line wheels look brand new. They can usually complete a set of wheels in a day, I chose to have one done at a time. I would definitely revisit them if necessary and want to highly recommend 24 Wheels 2 Go. Thanks guys.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If ever a company could bend over backwards then 24 Wheels 2 Go is the place to come to to get your wheels refurbished. I wanted my wheels diamond cut but due to them previously being worked on this was not possible. Hats off to the lads here they tried endlessly to get me the best finish they could provide. I’m absolutely over the moon with the finish and I must say Eddie here is definitely a gentleman and I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting their wheels refurbished.

Thanks lads
