Powder Coating

Colour changes and to match your existing finish

What is powder coating?

Alloy wheel powder coating serves a dual purpose, providing both protective and decorative finishes to elevate the visual appeal and lifespan of your alloy wheels.

Employing a state-of-the-art spray gun, this process induces an electrostatic charge to powder particles, facilitating their adherence to the grounded wheel surface—an electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) technique.

The transformative phase occurs during heat treatment, wherein the applied coating undergoes a controlled flow, creating a resilient gel over the wheel’s surface. The introduction of heat triggers a chemical reaction, resulting in the formation of robust molecular chains and a high cross-link density. This characteristic renders the coating exceptionally resistant to degradation.
